Fragrance: Natural identical substance (main component of many essential oils like lemon grass, litsea cubeba etc.), therefore very useful for fresh, citrus-like, agrumic notes. Limited stability, if exposed to air, alkali and sunlight. Not recommended for detergents and household products.
Flavor: Remark: Citral N from BASF is not for flavor use. For this, we would recommend FSSC-certified BASF grades Citral Extra or Citral FG/FCC.
